I WAS USING SEVERAL OF THEIR PRODUCTS UNTIL THEY SLACKEN ON THEIR DELIVERY AND DELAYED GOODS REPLACEMENT WHEN THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE GOODS. THEY CLAIMED IT MUST TAKE SO MANY WEEKS FOR THE GOOD TO ARRIVE BUT IT SURPASSED THREE WEEKS AFTER THE DEAD LINE.
WHEN THEY FINALLY DID REPLACED THE GOODS, THEY SAID THEY DO NOT SERVE MY AREA ANYMORE AND DID NOT WANT TO ENTERTAIN MY ORDERS ANYMORE.
I WROTE IN TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE EFFICIENCY OF THEIR LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT.
THEIR MANAGEMENT THANK ME FOR POINTING OUT THEIR SHORTFALLS AND SURPRISINGLY THAT WAS THE END OF THEIR COMMUNICATION. WHY DO THEIR MANAGEMENT AND DOCTORS DOUBT THEIR CUSTOMERS?
